Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 14 to 21 April 2025 and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards Card Holders.
  2. Tickets can be collected daily at Reception from 14 April midday to Monday 21 April 5:50pm, limited to one ticket per Metropolitan Rewards Card Holder per day.
  3. Draws will take place on Sunday 20 and Monday 21 April at 6pm, 8pm, 10pm and 12am and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
  4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  5. The Metropolitan Rewards Card Holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  7. The tombola will be cleared after the final draw at 12am on Monday 21 April.
  8. Five winners will be drawn from the tombola and will win the following:
    1st winner drawn – Chocolate Easter Egg
    2nd winner drawn – Chocolate Easter Egg
    3rd winner drawn – Chocolate Hamper
    4th winner drawn – Chocolate Hamper
    5th winner drawn - £100 Free play voucher
  9. Max of three prizes per customer per day.
  10. A free play voucher can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
  11. The voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
  12. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  13. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  14. Leisure Metropolitan Rewards Card holders are excluded from participating in the Spring Prize Draw promotional activity.
  15. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  16. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  18. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  19. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
