DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO COME TO THE CASINO?
No you don’t need to be a member to enjoy everything the casino has to offer. And entry to the casino is free.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ENTER THE CASINO?
You must be 18 years of age or over to come to Manchester235. This applies to all our facilities, including the restaurants. You will be asked to produce ID if you’re lucky enough to look 25 or under.
DO I NEED ID?
If you’re lucky enough to look 25 or under, undertaking cash transactions of £1,500 or more or signing up to our Metropolitan Rewards Card programme for the first time you’ll need to show a valid photo ID (passport or driving license).
WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?
We want you to feel comfortable and ready to enjoy your visit to Manchester235 so we recommend a smart casual dress code. Football shirts, sportswear or workwear is not permitted.

DO YOU HAVE CAR PARKING FACILITIES?
Yes. Car Parking is available at both the Great Northern Warehouse NCP car parks. See staff for details.
DO YOU HAVE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS TO THE CASINO?
Yes our casino has wheelchair access and disabled toilets.
BAG POLICY
Please note that bags may be checked on entry to the venue. Anything larger than a handbag e.g laptop bags or rucksacks will be asked to be left on reception. Kindly note that we do not hold luggage in our cloakroom, and it is not permitted into the venue. Management reserve the right to accept or refuse bags into the venue or cloak room.

WHAT GAMING FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE?
The main gaming floor has 21 gaming tables, including Blackjack, Three Card Poker, Punto Banco and American Roulette. WHEN IS POKER AVAILABLE?
The Poker Lounge is open Monday - Friday 5.30pm - 8am, and Saturday and Sunday 3pm - 8am. For more information contact us.
WHY DO YOU HAVE TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY WHEN YOU REACH A CERTAIN LEVEL OF CASH-IN OR CASH OUT IN THE CASINO?
Money Laundering Regulations in the UK legally oblige us to obtain a positive form of identity from you if you reach or exceed the cash buy-in/cash out threshold. The details of our threshold levels are displayed clearly around the casino and our management team will be more than happy to help with any queries about acceptable forms of ID.

I’VE HEARD THE METROPOLITAN REWARDS CARD MENTIONED. WHAT IS IT?
The Metropolitan Rewards Card is our loyalty programme. Once signed up, you will earn Reward Points every time you play, eat or drink at one of our venues and you will receive 10% off when buying food and drinks at the bar. The more you earn, the greater your Tier status and benefits, and you’ll get more return on your play than with any other casino group.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO JOIN THE METROPOLITAN REWARDS CARD?
No, signing up to The Metropolitan Rewards Card is free. Registration is quick and easy.
I HAVE NOT VISITED THE CASINO FOR A WHILE. IS MY METROPOLITAN REWARDS CARD STILL VALID?
Your Metropolitan Rewards Card will remain valid. However, you need to have visited a casino within the last six months to keep your Reward Points balance. Otherwise, your balance expires.
I’VE LOST MY METROPOLITAN REWARDS CARD. CAN I STILL ENTER THE CASINO?
Yes, you can still come in to the casino. Make sure you pick up a replacement card from Reception desk on your way in.
WHAT DOES MY METROPOLITAN REWARDS CARD ENTITLE ME TO?
