Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 22 April 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders only.
  2. If a player wins a pot, post flop, holding any combination of 2, 3 and 5 suited (e.g.: 2/3 Hearts or 3/5 Diamonds or 2/5 Clubs etc.) as their hole cards, they will qualify to become rake free.
  3. When multiple boards are run in one hand, only the top board applies.
  4. A rake free card will be placed in front of the qualifying player to indicate they are the current (and only) rake free player on the table.
  5. Any other player may “steal” and hold the rake free card by subsequently winning with a qualifying hand.
  6. Once a Rake Free Card is in play on the table there is no minimum player requirement to steal.
  7. Any player, being the current holder of the rake free card, who is away from the table for more than 30 minutes, automatically loses the rake free card.
  8. Players must ensure they hand their Met Card to the card room dealer to be signed into the Bravo software at the table to qualify.
  9. There will be one rake free card per table, if a player transfers tables whilst holding the rake free card they will relinquish it back to the dealer.
  10. The hand must be won ‘post flop’ to qualify. Both hole cards must be tabled.
  11. Any foul play that may influence the outcome of the poker hand will result in a Rake Free card not being issued.
  12. A minimum of four players must be dealt into the hand (excluding Omaha).
  13. The Rake Free Pass must remain visible in front of the qualifying player whilst at the table.
  14. All regular Jackpot contributions will be taken from each qualifying pot.
  15. A Rake Free Pass is forfeited if a table breaks.
  16. The Promoter is not responsible for any Rake Free Pass that is lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  17. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  18.  Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  20. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  21. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
