Spring Hot Seats

This promotion will run 7 – 30 April 2025 between 4pm and 11pm on Mondays to Thursdays only, open to Metropolitan Rewards Card Holders.
To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Metropolitan Rewards Card inserted into an electronic gaming machine during play.
Every hour between 4pm to 11pm during the promotional period, players will be chosen at random to win a Hot Seat Prize.
To qualify for the Hot Seats promotion, a minimum turnover of £20 during a gaming session on either slots or electronic games within the promotional period is required.
Winners will be notified by a message on the electronic gaming machine or by Venue Management.
The prize will be £25 Free Play voucher.
Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
A free play voucher can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
The voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
Leisure Metropolitan Rewards Card holders are excluded from participating in the Spring Hot Seats promotional activity.
The Promoter is not responsible for Metropolitan Rewards Cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
