High Hand of the Week

The promotion will run from 01 to 27 October 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
Prize draw tickets can be collected from reception from 10am on Sundays of each gaming week.
Gaming weeks are: Week 1: 01 – 06 October, Week 2: 07 – 13 October, Week 3: 14 – 20 October, Week 4: 21 – 27 October
Draws will take place each Sunday at 9pm, 10pm and 11pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
The tombola will be cleared after each draw
Winners will be drawn from the tombola and will be invited to spin the wheel One winner will be picked at 9pm, 10pm and 11pm.
Only one spin of the wheel per person per draw.
The wheel will be split into 8 segments: £1,000 cash x 1, £500 free play x 1, £200 free play x 1, £100 free play x 1, £50 free play x 1, £20 free play x 1, Free drink x 1, Free meal x 1
Prizes to be redeemed at cash desk
A free bet voucher can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables. For use on the night won
The voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
M Card holders are excluded from participating in the spooky spin to win promotional activity.
Free drink to be redeemed at the Bar for one of the following: House beer, 125ml glass of house wine, single house spirit and mixer or soft drink.
Free bar meal to be redeemed at the bar for a meal from the Players Menu to the value of £14
Not to be used in conjunction with any other food and drink offers.

Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
