  1. The promotion will run from 1 to 28 February 2025 and is only open Metropolitan Rewards Members, who have qualified for the ER Elite Club.
  2. To qualify for the ER Elite Club, customers need to be one of the top 50 customers who earned the highest number of Met Points whilst playing Electronic Roulette terminals between 1 October to 31 December 2024 the list of top 50 customers will be refreshed every 3 months.
  3. Monthly offers, complimentary parking and refreshments are only available to the card holder unless otherwise stated.
  4. ER Elite members must present their membership card to the Cash Desk who will provide them with £50 Free Play per week
  5. One £50 Free Play can be claimed per person per week. A maximum of £200 in Free Play can be claimed during the promotional period.
  6. Free Play winners will receive a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronics
  7. Promotional tickets are only valid for 24-hours from time of issue.
  8. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  9. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.

  12. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
