Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run on 02 January, 06 February and 06 March 2025 between 8pm and 11pm and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders.
  2. Upon arrival at the Electronics Party event customers will be given the chance to choose one of 12 envelopes containing the following prizes: 4 x Prize Draw Entry, 4 x £5 Free Play, 2 x £10 Free Play and 2 x £20 Free Play. Limited to one pick per customer.
  3. Prize Draws will take place at 9pm, 10pm and 11pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
  4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  5. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  7. The tombola will be cleared after the final draw.
  8. One winner will be drawn from the tombola per draw time and will have the chance to Open the Box.
  9. The winner will be offered a choice of one envelope containing a key which opens one of six available boxes, they must pick one box only, then use the key to open the box.
  10. Contained in the boxes are prizes as follows: £200 Cash, £75 Free Play, £50 Free Play, £50 Cash Match, £25 Free Play and £25 Cash Match.
  11. Customer wins the prize within the box they have opened. No alternatives or exchanges are permitted.
  12. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics on the night won.
  13. Match Play to be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet in exchange for a promotional ticket to be used on Slot or Electronics on the night won. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  14. Promotional tickets are only valid for 24-hours from time of issue.
  15. Leisure Metropolitan Rewards Card holders are excluded from participating in the Electronics Party promotional activity.
  16. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  17. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  19. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  20. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
