An evening at the Sportsman

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.The event will take place on Sunday 9 and Sunday 23 March from 8.30pm to midnight and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards Members.
2.The top 10 players from each: Tables, Slots and Electronics who have earned the most Met Points from Monday-Saturday on the week of the event will be eligible to receive 5 extra prize draw entries. These entries can be collected at reception from 6pm on the day of the draw.
3.The 30 players who have qualified through leaderboards to receive the extra 5 prize draw entries will be displayed next to the tombola on the day of the draw.
4.Draws will take place at 9pm, 10pm, 11pm and midnight, and entry tickets must be in the tombola 5 minutes before the draw.
5.Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
6.Metropolitan Rewards holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
7.The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
8.The tombola will be cleared at the end of the final draw.
9.One winner will be drawn from the tombola at each draw time and will win the following for use on the night: 9pm 2x £250 in Free Play, 10pm 2x £250 in Free Play, 11pm 2x £500 in Free Play and midnight 2x £500 in Free Play.
10.One prize per customer only.
11.Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables.
12.Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for cash or wheel chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
13.On roulette non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on outside bets and a maximum of 24 numbers may be played on any individual spin.
14.Upon dispute the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
15.Dealers at the gaming tables will exercise diligence in ensuring the maximum regarding non-negotiable chips placement are followed. However, it is ultimately the player's responsibility to ensure these maximums are not exceeded.
16.Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Evening at the Sportsman promotional activity.
17.Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
18.Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
19.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
20.Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
21.Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
