Still in Paris, we also get to witness the 549 events of the Paralympics from 28 August till 8 September. The paralympicsGB team has announced its squad and athletes ready to take on the competition. You could also be a larger part of the team and donate to breaking down barriers for people living with disability in the United Kingdom through sports. 

Wimbledon 2024

For tennis fans, the summer wouldn't be complete without the oldest tennis tournament in the world, the 137th Wimbledon Championships. Set to take place from 24 June to 7 July. Where Spain's Carlos Alcaraz and Czechia's Marketa Vondrousova are all set to defend their titles.

Tour de France 2024

Cycling enthusiasts, mark your calendars for the Tour de France! This epic race, spanning from 29 June to 21 July, takes riders through the breathtaking landscapes of France. The race will start in Florence and cycle all the way east of France then head west into the Alps, the picturesque countryside to the gruelling mountain stages in Pyrenees, the Tour de France is a true test of endurance and elite strategy. But is the Olympics not happening in Paris as well? You’re right, the race will for the very first-time finish outside of the capital in Nice, by-passing Paris and the Olympics. So, nothing to worry about we are still on track for a great race.
