Terms & Conditions

  1. The tournament will take place on Thursday 3 April 2025 and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards Members.
  2. Registration for the tournament will start on the day from 6pm; no entries will be permitted past 9.30pm.
  3. The tournament is free to enter, with each customer allowed one entry, provided they qualify during the entry earning period.
  4. Minimum of 30 and maximum of 150 participants per tournament.
  5. To qualify for the tournament, customers must earn entries during the entry earning period between 3 March – 23 March 2025. The qualification routes are as follows:
    a. Customers earn one prize draw entry per day by playing any live tables or Slots or gaming terminals with a £200 turnover.
    b. Customers can earn an additional prize draw entry per day by visiting Guest Services with their Metropolitan Rewards card.
    c. Metropolitan Rewards card holders can earn a maximum of two prize draw tickets per day (one through play and one additional free draw ticket without play).
  6. Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members will receive a direct invitation to the final tournament and are not required to participate in the prize draw to qualify.
  7. Customers must ensure their Metropolitan Rewards card is used while playing for the turnover to be tracked correctly.
  8. The prize draw to determine tournament participants will take place on Thursday 27 March 2025, at 8pm on the main gaming floor.
    a. A total of 30 tickets will be drawn.
    b. Winners do not need to be present for the draw and will be notified via their communication preference(s).
    c. Duplicate wins are not permitted, and any duplicate draws will result in a re-draw.
  9. To participate in the tournament, selected customers who have registered will need to be in the casino on Thursday 3 April 2025 and contact the Customer Relations Executive or Casino Manager, who will take them to a designated table to participate.
  10. The American Roulette tournament will have the following format:
    a. All participants will play 5 spins of the allocated game.
    b. All participants will start each round with £10,000 in tournament chips.
    c. Players will be given two colours: one representing £100 value chips and the other £1,000 value chips.
    d. Minimum stake per spin is £2,000 in chips.
    e. Maximum stakes are £500 on any one number and £5,000 on columns and dozens.
    f. No neighbour or even chance bets (red/black, high/low, odd/even) will be accepted.
    g. Column and dozen bets are accepted.
    h. A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 players per table will be allowed.
  11. The top 5 scores in the tournament will share the £10,000 Free Play prize pool, split as follows:
    a. 1st place: £5,000 Free Play
    b. 2nd place: £2,000 Free Play
    c. 3rd place: £1,500 Free Play
    d. 4th place: £1,000 Free Play
    e. 5th place: £500 Free Play
  12. Leisure Card Customers are excluded from participating in the Roulette tournament activity promotional activity.
  13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these Terms and Conditions.
  14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other terms contained herein.
  16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
