Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run from 27 January – 9 February 2025 and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards members.
  2. Scratch Cards can be collected through events on live gaming tables, Slots, or electronic machines and spend on food and drink.
  3. Scratch Cards can be earned between 2pm and 2am daily on live gaming tables, Slots, or Electronic machines when one of the following events occurs:
    a. At Blackjack tables – “Blackjack bonus” – 1x Scratch Card can be claimed when the player is dealt any hand with a blackjack prime hand.
    b. Roulette tables – “Twice in a row” – Every player with an active bet on American Roulette can receive 1x Scratch Card when a number on the roulette wheel lands twice in a row. Should the number on the roulette wheel continue to repeat more than twice in a row no more scratchcards will be issued.
    c. Punto Banco tables – “Egalite” – A Scratch Card can be claimed by winning any egalite bet.
    d. Three Card Poker tables – “Top Pay-outs” – 1x Scratch Card can be claimed if the customer is dealt a “Three of a Kind” or “Straight Flush.”
    e. Poker – “Empire Hand” – A Scratch Card can be claimed when you complete a hand holding the Empire hand 5/6 suited.
    f. 1x Scratch Card will be issued at random every hour via hot seats between 2pm – 2am to guests playing on Slots and Electronic Roulette machines.
  4. Customers will also earn 1x Scratch Card when they spend £20 or more on food and drink at any time of the day.
  5. Prizes available from the Scratch Cards are redeemed as follows:
    a. £1000 in Free Play to be exchanged at Cash Desk for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots and Electronics .
    b. Prize draw entries to be dropped into the tombola next to the digital prize wheel by 7:45pm on Sunday 9 February.
    c. £5 or £10 Match Play to be played directly on live gaming tables to be exchanged at Cash Desk for a promotional ticket to use on Slots and Electronics when the same value wager as stated on the Scratch Card is presented. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
    d. Cuddly Toy to be collected from Guest Services.
    e. 500 or 1,000 Met Points to be redeemed via Guest Services , credits will be applied within 24 hours. Normal Met Point terms apply.
    f. All scratch card prizes must be redeemed by Sunday 9 February 2025 by 8pm.
  6. Scratch cards cannot be issues retrospectively; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they receive their scratch card when receiving one of the winning combinations.
  7. Prizes won cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is available.
  8. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
  9. A free bet voucher can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
  10. The voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
  11. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  12. Valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
  13. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
  14. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
  15. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
  16. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.
  17. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  18. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted
  19. M Card holders are excluded from participating in the ‘Find A Golden Snake Scratch Card’ promotional activity.
  20. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  21. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  23. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  24. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
