Match Play Hot Seats

1. The promotion will run 27 January – 16 February 2025, open to Metropolitan Rewards members only.
2. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Metropolitan Rewards members inserted into an electronic gaming machine during play.
3. Every hour between 10am to midnight during the promotional period, players will be chosen at random to win a Hot Seat Prize.
4. To qualify for the Hot Seats promotion, a minimum turnover of £20 during a gaming session on either slots or electronic games within the promotional period is required
5. Winners will be notified by a message on the electronic gaming machine or by Venue Management.
6. The prizes are;
a. Jack and Queen Metropolitan Rewards members a £25 Match Play voucher,
b. King and AceMetropolitan Rewards members a £50 Match Play voucher valid for the following week, as stated on the voucher.
7. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
8. Match Play vouchers are valid for use on Slots and Electronic Roulette machines only and must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value wager as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket, all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
10. Leisure Metropolitan Rewards members are excluded from participating in the Hot Seats Match Play promotional activity.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for Metropolitan Rewards Cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
12. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
13. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
15. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
16. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Mega Hot Spins

1. The Mega Hot Spins Prize draws will take place every Sunday between these dates: 3 February – 2 March 2025 at 8pm.
2. Draw tickets will be issued in the Hot Seats promotion by Slot Hosts to winning players that received a win notification on the Hot Seats promotion.
3. Entry tickets must be in the tombola 15 minutes before the draw.
4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
5. The Metropolitan Rewards members' name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
7. The tombola will be cleared after all winners are determined.
8. Ten winners will be drawn from the tombola and will be eligible for one spin on the Digi Wheel.
9. Each guest will spin two levels of wheels, level one is a 27-segment wheel that determines the prize denomination the guest wins, level two is a 27 segment wheel that determines what the level one prize is multiplied by.
10. All prizes will advance to level 2 wheel to be multiplied except for Food and drinks prizes.
11. The denomination of prizes available for the level 1 wheel are as follows: 6x 1,000 Met Points, 6x £10 Free Play, 6x £10 Match Play, 4x £25 Food and drinks voucher, 4x £50 Food and drinks voucher, 1x £100 Food and drinks voucher
12. The denomination of multipliers are as follows: 8x 2x Multiplier, 7x 3x Multiplier, 6x 4x Multiplier, 3x 5x Multiplier, 3x 10x Multiplier.
13. Met Point Vouchers can be redeemed with a Slots Host.
14. Match Play vouchers are to be presented at the main cash desk with the same value wager as stipulated on the front of the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket to use on Slots and electronics.
15. Free Play vouchers are to be presented at the main cash desk for a promotional ticket to use on Slots and electronics on the day won.
16. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
17. Food and drinks vouchers can be redeemed at any bar (except for Dovetail) for food and drink up to the value as stipulated on the front of the voucher.

19. No change is to be given and no cash alternatives.
