Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 1 July 2023 and is open to all customers.
  2. The beer, burger and bet offer is available to purchase at the bar Monday to Thursday from 12noon to midnight.
  3. This offer includes a choice of beef, chicken or vegetarian burger, a pint of house beer or a non-alcoholic beer or a soft drink and a £5 free bet.
  4. To receive the £5 free bet, the receipt must be presented at the Cash Desk in exchange for either a £5 non-negotiable chip to be used on the tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronics on the day.
  5. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  6. Free bet has no cash value and has no exchange or forfeiture value.
  7. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Met Card discounts do not apply.
  8. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  9. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from receiving the £5 Free Bet offer.
  10. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  11. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  13. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  14. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling the offer.
