1. The tournament will run every Sunday from 9 June 2024 and is open to all customers.
2. Each entrant must register at the Poker Desk up to one hour prior to the commencement of the tournament at 5pm, late registrations must be registered before the end of Level 6 at approximately 6.50pm.
3. 10% Early Bird Bonus with 5,000 chips added to the starting stack for all players registered before the start of the tournament.
4. All entrants must pay the entrance fee of £90 (£75 buy-in and £15 registration) prior to the commencement of play.
5. Prior to the commencement of the tournament 50,000 starting stack of chips will be placed on the table for each paid entrant.
6. A starting stack of chips may be placed in a seat to accommodate late entrants (so all antes and blinds have been appropriately paid). Any unsold seat/s will have such a stack removed at the end of the rebuy period unless otherwise stated.
7. Unlimited re-entries will be permitted for the specified late registration period of the tournament but will be relocated to another table if possible. A re-entry will need to join an existing alternate list and is not seated as a re-buy. They will be seated as close to the big blind as possible if being seated manually, or seated randomly if such a system is in place (i.e., seating cards or a digital seating system). Registration fees will apply for all rebuys.
8. All MG Poker Tournaments are governed by the Tournament Rules displayed in the Poker Room and are available on request.
9. Tournament Director’s decision is final.
10. All prize money will be paid out to players in cash as per the pay-out structure available from the Poker Desk/communicated in the Card Room.
11. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
12. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
14. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
15. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

To reserve a seat, each player has to book in by sending a message via our official Facebook Poker page here or by giving us a call on 01273 605602 and asking for the Poker Room (bookings via phone can only be taken on the days the Poker Room is open).

• The booking system opens a week before each session, on a first come first served basis.
• If the bookings at the same time are exceeding the available seats, there will be a random selection, where six Players will be assigned seats and the rest will join the waiting list.
• One booking per person rule will be enforced (reserving seats for another Player is not permitted).
• Cash games are available Wednesday to Sunday from 6.30pm.
• After making a reservation, each Player will be notified by a message confirming his or her actual seat or position on the waiting list.
• Each confirmed seat will be reserved for 30 minutes after a cash game starts.
• If a Player doesn’t claim their seat within 30 minutes, it will be offered to the first person on the waiting list and the non-claimant's name will be moved to the bottom of the waiting list.
• Each Player on the waiting list has 20 minutes to take their place at the table after receiving a message.
• If a Player does not claim their seat within the 20-minute timeframe offered, he or she will be moved to the bottom of the waiting list.
• None of the Players on the waiting list apart from the first Player are allowed to wait on casino premises.
• The first Player on the waiting list is allowed to wait for his seat in the Poker Room.
• During play, if a Player loses all their chips, their seat will be reserved for 15 minutes. If a Player does not reclaim his or her seat in this timeframe, the seat becomes available for the next person on the waiting list.
• Players are encouraged to check the official Poker Room channels or phone the casino for seat availability during the night.
